Sorrento cuisine

 Sorrento, between the sea and beauty of landscapes and poetry, taste, tradition and innovation.
If you said Sorrento cuisine, the mind can not run to one of the dishes typical of the peninsula, the famous Sorrento-style gnocchi, gnocchi with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella embellished by the basil. How can we forget the spaghetti noodles with walnuts or clams?


 And as the second can not miss the stuffed cuttlefish, the stuffed squid or octopus drowned? To finish with a delizia al limone, small discs of sponge cake soaked with lemon and topped with lemon cream.
All this tradition has been transformed into wine and food  tourism. There are indeed numerous restaurants and restaurants that can boast of Sorrento, and almost everyone, offer a very special cuisine.

There are many restaurants, also vegan restaurants in Sorrento, as the Aurora Light, one of the most innovative restaurants where to eat in Sorrento. The Aurora Light provides a menu based on the single dish,  a Neapolitan origin dish, an hybrid between first and second course. The menu varies according to season and so to vegetables and fresh fruit. Excellent the wine list and desserts to be enjoyed in the heart of Piazza Tasso, in a corner of peace and relax.
