Black sea bass with champagne


Champagne is a label of Valentine's Day! In addition the champagne is synonymous with parties, luxury and bubbles. And, on the occasion of the lovebirds day it’s good hold some champagne by.

Ingredients:
1 black sea bass
2 glasses of champagne
50 g of butter
2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
salt and flour q.s.

Directions:

Clean and peel off carefully the black sea bass. Place it in a buttered oven dish; add the extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic and a finely chopped onion.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° and when the garlic is colored, pour into a pan of two glasses of champagne. Halfway through cooking turn the fish and remove the onion and garlic and another glass of champagne. Continue until you reach the desired cooking.
