Roses Risotto: a refined Valentine s


To design and prepare a dinner with personal hands is always the best choice to give a Valentine's Day special. Romantic atmosphere created by pleasant music, low lights, scented candles and flowers that will perhaps recall the dinner. In this regard today we recommend the roses risotto, an elegant plate, by delicate flavor and sure effect.
Ingredients:
200 grams of rice, 50 grams of butter, 20 grams of wild rose petals, and fragrant wilduntreated, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil italy, vegetable broth, 1 cup dry white wine, parmesan cheese, salt to taste
Process 
Wash thoroughly rose petals soaking in a bowl of water for two hours, peel the onion and cut into thick slices. In a saucepan, at low heat, place butter and extra virgin olive oil and add the onion making it brown, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. At this point, raise the heat and pour the rice making toast, sprinkle with wine and when the wine has evaporated add the broth completely covering the rice of two fingers. Lower the heat and half cooked add the rose petals. Finally stir in the rice adding butter and Parmesan cheese.
