The problem is that between casatiello, lasagna and chocolate eggs, at the end of the Easter holidays we have some kilos more, especially in view of the dreaded bathing suit test!

But how to resist all the Easter delicious? Oh, some people are good in that. In this case is better to drink it up! Of course, with the best Italian wines! White wine or red wine does not matter! So it is better to buy Italian wine!
Although red wine, according to a study of “INRAN”, the Italian public body for research on food and nutrition, appeared on the prestigious “British Journal of Nutrition”, demonstrates that red wine helps to reduce negative effects of a high-fat meal.

The study was conducted on a sample of 12 persons, 6 men and 6 women aged between 24 and 35 years. At the volunteers were asked to not take medicines and vitamins. The menu?
Double cheeseburger of 200 grams and 300 ml of water. After 2 weeks the experiment was repeated, replacing the 300ml water with 300 ml of red wine.

The result? Fausta Natella, the project manager says that "the consumption of red wine during a meal prevented an increase in blood lipid peroxidation products, lipid hydroperoxide is that oxidation of cholesterol, which was observed but after eating a meal with water. These compounds may have adverse effects on health. "
This does not mean that you should exaggerate with the wine, but simply to associate wine with a proper diet rich in antioxidants have beneficial effects on our body.
