Wine and pizza matching? Do not turn up your nose!
The marriage between two of our symbols products in the world is an happy union, starting under the counter, in an underground way, then officially recognized by the "priests" gourmet food and wine, trends barometer.
In fact, the pizza is accompanied usually by the usual classical "lager", but, you know, we Italians give up with difficulty to a good glass of wine.
The main problem is harmonizing the flavors.
