Wine at sound of music

At first blush, the story of Carlo Cignozzi, Milanese lawyer with a passion for viticulture, may sound rather odd.
A lawyer who leaves the dark and sad courts to serenade to its vineyards, has caused some puzzlement. Until the Department of Agriculture of the University of Florence and Pisa, has arrived at the conclusion that the plants of Sangiovese, grown with music, were more than 50% larger than normal, they don’t have parasites and the clusters were completed in advance. Although the scientific effect of the music on the vines has not yet been definitively tried.

The positive effect of the music on the milk production was already known long, but that also wines appreciate Mozart is certainly a novelty, to be patented. Too bad that two Viennese professionals gastronomical, Koerberl Thomas and Markus Bachmann, had already thought about it, and they have made listen to the wine some music, not simply music, but music for connoisseurs: the Symphony No. 41 of their fellow Mozart.

The discovery has been patented under the name of "Sonor Wines". Experienced with some Austrian wine, it has been found that the taste of the wine was good and more refined, due to a decrease in sugar and an increase in the glycerin value, due to the effect of sound waves which improve the yeast fermentation process.

So it will be very easy to buy Italian wine grown-up to the sound of music!
