Pizza love

The pizza is the Italian dish par excellence. Fragrant and tasty the pizza is also one of the favorite Italians dishes.
For this reason, on the occasion of the Valentine's Day, we can cook a good pizza!
If you are not particularly good in the kitchen, in supermarkets you can find bases ready to be seasoned.

However, to prepare pizza at home you need:
½ liter of water
1 kg of flour
10 g of yeast
20 grams of salt

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and mix. After, put the flour into a bowl and add water, yeast and salt until to obtain a smooth mixture.
At this point create small pieces of mixture to leave in a cool and dry place for at least 3 hours. Now we can roll out the pizza with a rolling pin, giving to it the shape of a heart.

And now indulge yourself!

In a bowl, put the tomato sauce, salt and a little bit of olive oil to spread over the base with mozzarella and basil or the other ingredients to taste.
To make most romantic pizza, before to baking at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven, cut the sausage (or a thin layer of pizza dough) with heart-shaped molds.
