Chili olive oil recipe

Do you like chili olive oil and do you want to try it at home? Nothing could be easier, especially if you follow step by step our recipe for a good oil, perfect for seasoning and give that extra special touch of flavor to your dishes!

Ingredients:
1 liter of extra virgin olive oil
6 dried red and hot chili peppers
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Open the peppers lenghtwise, crumbling carefully. Then put in a bottle with a liter of olive oil. Add the bay leaf and close the bottle with an airtight lid. Store in a cool and dry place for at least 4 weeks.

The chili olive oil is good for salad dressing or to marinate the meat: Seeing is believing means.
If you really do not have time to make flavored oil at home, we suggest you the chili olive oil of the mill Gargiulo, made with simple natural ingredients and quality extra virgin olive oil.
