Fennel and oranges salad

Today I propose you a quick and easy summer recipe, perfect for hot weather, with few calories

Fennel and oranges salad

900 g fennel
3 blood oranges
Orange olive oil Gargiulo
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Take fennels, wash thoroughly to remove any residue and impurities. Discard harder external pieces and cut them in many strips. When you have finished, put everything in a bowl.
Peel blood oranges, removing seeds and cuticle from each clove, then add the fennel in the bowl.
In another bowl put two tablespoons of vinegar, salt, 4 tablespoons orange olive oil Gargiulo and just a bit of pepper.
Ultimately mix the sauce thus obtained with the fennel and oranges et voila the salad is ready!
