Haute cuisine McDonalds size

If Gualtiero Marchesi’s haute cuisine meets McDonald's, we have the Mc Italy Menu signed Marchesi, a new and original combination, result of the skill and the imagination of the Italian great chef.
The collaboration has turned up the nose at more than an Italian purist's gourmet, but the Mc Italy menu is designed to sparks. This involves, to be more precise, of two sandwiches and a dessert.

The purpose of this unusual partnership stems from the combination between haute cuisine and fast food, high quality cuisine and the general public.
Since the early sandwiches with bacon and Parmesan Reggiano DOP, to the sandwich with mozzarella proposed last year, and, dulcis in fundo, the new entries, the sandwiches Vivace and Adagio, so named in honor of Marchesi’s love for classical music, a symphony, of ingredients some of them unusual in the world of fast food, like eggplant, zucchini and spinach.

Minuetto is a tiramisu dessert with panettone. Marchesi himself says that “the kitchen as life progresses in jerks. When you turn around to see the before and the after, you realize that the pace has been very fast. So it was when I introduced the nouvelle cuisine in Italy, and so when I started to observe closely, without prejudice, the young [...]. The real news is that by offering these two recipes for sandwiches, I opened the way of the kingdom of the burger with eggplant and spinach. If this is not the revolution!

For dessert I wanted to pay homage bringing them together, to two Italian desserts par excellence: the Venetian tiramisu and Lombard panettone. I'm sure it will be successful among the millions of young people who come every year at McDonald's between Italians and all other customers. Because the sandwich is young! "
Young people will surely love these sandwiches, the less young people will surely enjoy them (and they will surely buy Italian wines to go with this menu).
The sandwiches are, however, branded, limited edition, from October 5 to November 26: Hurry up!
