Harry Cocktails

The inspiration is obviously the last episode of the saga of the famous boy wizard, born from the fertile imagination of the writer JK Rowling, which in Harry dabble behind the counter of a bar making drinks.

1 oz dark chocolate cream
1 oz butterscotch schnapps
1 / 2 oz cream
1 / 2 teaspoon of wormwood

1.5 oz Sloe Gin (Plymoth)
1 oz gin
0.75 oz Pama pomegranate liqueur
0.5 ounces red grapefruit juice
1.5 oz brut champagne
Combine the ingredients in a large glass filled with ice, stir for 30 seconds and then filter into a cocktail glass.
