Quiche of zucchini

Not everybody loves the vegetables ...
Unfortunately, not only children ... Cooking the vegetables in a tasty way can make even more pleasant to eat them.
For this reason, we propose the zucchini quiche, creamy and smooth.

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry ready to use
1 green onion
4 zucchini
2 egg yolks
200 g of fresh cream
50 g parmesan
Salt q.s.
Organic extra virgin olive oil q.s.

Directions:
Wash carefully the zucchini and cut them into chunks.
In a pan put the extra virgin olive oil and the green onion. Fry and then let pan-fry the zucchini, adding salt. To make the flavor more intriguing add few drops of chili olive oil.
Cover a circular oven dish with the pastry riddling with holes.

After completing this operation put the zucchini in a bowl, with cream, egg yolks and Parmesan.
Pour the so obtained mixture in the pan closing the borders and then inform the quiche at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. At already finished cooking, select the option to heat only below.
