Grapefruit and prawns salad

With good weather increases the desire for light and fresh summer dishes, and, above all, capable to satiate but with a special care to the taste, because even if you are on a diet or want just to feel healthy, it must never forget the taste.
The grapefruit and prawns salad combines the liveliness of the grapefruit with the delicacy of the vegetables season in a rich and complete dish.

Ingredients for 4 people:
1 pink grapefruit
8 prawns
1 head of lettuce
1 organic lemon
Olive oil
Salt q.s.

Directions:
Boil the peeled prawns in boiling water, removing them after few minutes in order to preserve the tenderness.

Peel the grapefruit and cut into wedges. Put the cleaned salad into a bowl with the salt, the lemon juice and the extra virgin olive oil.

Take a serving dish and lay down the salad, and the prawns and slices of grapefruit alternated. As a final touch add salt, lemon and another thread of refined olive oil.
