Risotto flavored with white truffle oil

Risotto flavored with white truffle oil
Ingredients for two people
  • 200 gr. rice;
  • 25 gr. butter;
  • 65 gr. Porcini mushrooms or fresh Champignons;
  • half piece of onion;
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
You brown the onions in the pan with the butter, add mushrooms and you let them cook for two minutes. You add the rice and gradually the hot stock until the rice is cooked.
At this point remove from heat, add the Parmesan cheese and then the white truffle olive oil
The risotto is ready!
