Spaghetti with lemon and shrimps


Are you tired of the usual dishes? Today we suggest you the spaghetti with lemon and shrimps.
Easy to make and with high impact, this recipe will surprise your guests with a delicate and vivacious taste, especially if you have few ideas and you do not want to try elaborate dishes.

Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g of shrimp
350 g of spaghetti
1 clove of garlic
The skin of a lemon, preferably organic
White wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Procedure:
Grate thinly the lemon skin. Boil a large pot for pasta and simultaneously put 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic in a non-stick pan (if you like strong flavors you can try lemon olive oil). Sauté over low heat and when the garlic begins to soften add the shrimp and the salt, watering with a little bit of white wine.
As soon as the wine has evaporated, add the spaghetti and an half liter of cooking water and let them cook and covering the pan with a lid. If, when spaghettis are ready, there is still water in the pan, remove the cover and dry the water excess. Now you can add the lemon skin, mixing and blending the mixture and adding as much as one likes a bit of cream.
