Italian wines: the world's best

Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2004 Castello di Romitorio was declared as the best Italian wine in the world during the twenty-seventh edition of the International Wine Challenge. British competition in which some among the best international tasters have tasted "blind" as many as 10 thousand wines from around the world.
This is one of the industry's major wine competitions that tough two weeks and is the only one able to increase sales of participating companies.
So the podium go Brunello di Montalcino produced by the artist Sandro Chia that settle this passion with these words: "I make wines with the same passion with as paint and is the result of my irresistible impulse to artistic perfection”. Brunello was not the only Italian wine award, but Italy won eight awards, including the Lambrusco Reggiano Concert 2009, Medici.
