Neapolitan-style dried cod


Christmas in the wind. Windows are decorated and colored lights illuminate the still mild evenings, warmed by Christmas music.
But what to prepare on the occasion of the Christmas eve?
Today we suggest you a doc Neapolitan recipe: Neapolitan-style dried cod, simple, traditional and effect.

Ingredients for 6 persons:
1 kg of soaked salt cod
500 g of fresh little tomatoes
200 g black olives
Extra virgin olive oil
garlic
flour
parsley
chili
Capers in salt

Directions:
Wash the cod and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with flour and fry in a pan with plenty of olive oil, until the cod will not be golden.

Put a pot on fire with olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic. Brown the garlic and add the black olives, capers and tomatoes cut into chunks. Cook for a few minutes and add the cod, continuing with the cooking. Mix it well and sprinkle with chopped parsley. To give more character to the dish, add few drops of chili olive oil.
