Pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts

Gorgonzola: someone loves it and someone hates it.
Critics badly tolerate the smell while admirers lavish praise about its creamy stiffness and its sharp and persistent flavor.
What about the unusual combination walnuts and gorgonzola?
For lovers of unusual flavors, today the chef recommends pasta with walnuts and gorgonzola.

Ingredients (for 3 persons):
300 g of pasta
120 g gorgonzola
60 g chopped walnuts
40 g butter
Chopped parsley

Directions:
In a saucepan let melt butter and gorgonzola cut into pieces on a low flame, mix well until obtaining a smooth cream. Turn off the heat and add the chopped nuts.
Meanwhile, blanch the pasta in salted water and drain it, add the gorgonzola and walnuts sauce, mixing well.
To your liking add a sprinkling of chopped parsley and a little bit of chili olive oil.
