The liquid gold of the Sorrento peninsula


Different countries, different olive oil!
Olive oil is a product of a thousand shades, which, like the wine, acquire smells and tastes of the area of origin.

Among the most popular production areas is impossible to not mention the Sorrento peninsula, a small strip of land that can boast a respectable tradition in the olive oil production.
Already at the time of the ancient Greeks, the Sorrento’s oil was offered as a gift to the goddess Minerva, who was venerated in the temple of Punta Campanella, in a scenic location with a stunning view over the island of Capri.

The mill Gargiulo is one of the historic mills of the land of the Sirens. Mill since 1849, the Gargiulo family has dedicated more than a century in the olive oil production.
Extra virgin olive oil that is produced using traditional production techniques, capable to providing an unique product, obtained only by the best Sorrento’s peninsula olives cold pressing.

Among the most well known and appreciated oils there are the Syrenum, DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the Syrrentum, delicate oil, Venus, organic olive oil and also the delicious tastes of the truffle olive oil and the other aromatic oils.
