Meatball with mushrooms

What can I cook today? The rainy winter days certainly does not bring happiness, how about that a soup or a dish with legumes as a base, which although rich in vitamins and proteins do not stimulate the appetite, especially for children.
The big question is: what can I cook today to brighten the day, aside from the usual broths? I, considered the season, should eat meatballs with mushrooms, a cheerful and tasty dish, as meatballs with mushrooms!
But here's the recipe!


Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g mushrooms
2 eggs
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
Parsley
Pangrattato
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Wash carefully the mushrooms and cook them in a steamer. Once cooked, drain and chop finely.
Add eggs, chopped garlic, parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil (at will, to enhance the flavor of the mushrooms, add truffle olive oil). Blend well the mixture and then incorporate pangrattato, salt and pepper. The dough should be firm and compact. At contrary, add more pangrattato.
At this point make with your hands small balls, to cook in plenty olive oil.
