Cupcakes with grapes



Do you want to make cupcake?
This is the season of grapes! We can mix the business with pleasure and prepare the cupcakes with grapes, easy, beautiful and quick to prepare to make one gulp.


Ingredients for 12 cupcakes
100 g of flour
100 g of manitoba
225 g of sugar
90 g of butter
3 eggs
390 g of white grapes (to be cut in half)
1 packet of baking powder for desserts
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla

For the frosting:

240 g Philadelphia Light
90 grams of butter, softened
Icing sugar

Directions:
Cream the butter until obtaining a soft and fluffy, then add the sugar. Once blended well together, put the flour, manitoba, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Working with a wooden spoon with movements from the bottom upwards.
Put the mixture into cups and add a few grapes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the cover.
Cream the butter until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Add the Philadephia and mix. Now the time is icing sugar. Put in the fridge for half an hour.

Decorate with a sac-a-poche with a star nozzle and add fresh grapes and sugar, better still green. Combine with a good wine, even better rare wines (we suggest you this wine buy)
