Red wine cake



September. Harvest in the air ...
In the streets the September air envelops things and people surrounding and from the kitchen begin to spread smells and tastes of autumn. Such as the red wine cake, a cake that contains soft and fragrant aroma of the wine, cloves and cinnamon, to which are added hints of chocolate.


A great classic of Italian cuisine is the red wine cake. We recommend using one of the finest rare wines in, or better still a strong color.

Ingredients:
250 grams of flour
250 grams of butter
250 grams of sugar
150 grams of chocolate chips
150 ml of red wine
4 eggs
1 packet of powder yeast
½ teaspoon of clove powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
20 grams of cocoa powder

Directions:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Soften the butter and mix with the sugar until the mixture will be smooth and fluffy. Add one egg at a time and, after adding all the yolks, add the cloves, cinnamon, cocoa and red wine. Put everything in a bowl.
At this point, add the chocolate chips in the flour and egg whites. Stir gently from bottom to top.
Transfer the mixture into a greased and floured baking sheet and bake at 150 ° C for half an hour. Serve with wine bought in an online wine shop.
