Hamburger with hot peppers


Are you tired of the usual filet with green pepper? Don’t worry. We can quickly prepare a hamburger with green pepper, as good or as a main dish as a whole meal if accompanied by a vegetable second course. Obviously we recommend to combining it with one of the many Italian red wines, easily to find on the many Italian wine merchants sites.

Ingredients for 2 people:
4 hamburgers
50 ml of cream
100 ml of broth
10 g of green peppercorns in brine
1 tablespoon of brandy
Olive oil q.s
A knob of butter
Salt q.s.

Direction:
In a pan heat the oil. Reached the point of cooking, add the burgers and fry for 5 minutes, after which put them aside.
Then put a tiny bit of oil in a pan with a knob of butter, season with the brandy, let it evaporate, then add the broth and cream. Thicken until it reaches the desired level of creaminess.

Then add the green pepper and mix them.
Finally we have to combine the sauce obtained and burgers, garnish with a few leaves of lettuce and you're done! If you like spicy savour you can add a drizzle of chili olive oil.
