Boiled eggs fritters


Prepare a delicious and tempting appetizer for Easter? It is very easy. Prepare boiled eggs fritters, ready in few minutes.
 Ingredients for 4 people:
3 boiled eggs
1 packet of ready white sauce r
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and bread crumbs q.s.

Directions:
Put some water in a pot and bring to boil. Add the salt and pour 3 eggs. Let it boil for 7 minutes, then take eggs with a spoon and rinse them under cold water. Remove the shell and cut into slices.
Take 2 plates. In one we're going to pour the white sauce and the breadcrumbs in another.
Dip eggs in the white sauce and then in bread crumbs. Fry in hot olive oil and drain on waxed paper. Season with salt and serve hot.
The extra idea: to give character to the dish we can fry eggs in flavored oil. Perfect, in this case, the truffle olive oil.
