Feast in Vico, in Amalfi Coast

Yesterday at the seaside complex Axidie will be held the last of three events of the Vico Feast, an event dedicated to the world of enogastronomy and its key performers born eight years ago thanks to an idea of Chef Gennaro Esposito and ithat grows every year, is renewed and follows a specific theme.
This year the theme was "space odyssey 2011" which Esposito calls "a choice that opens up scenarios that will certainly give moments culinary worthy of attention".
The event aims to highlight the excellence of the cuisine Made in Italy and is also a showcase for the food and wine of Campania and for its typical products, mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, cheese and wine.
An event which was attended by 400 professionals, including food and wine, sommeliers, winemakers, food niche young entrepreneurs, more than 100 star-rated chefs, 30 cooks who have emerging prepared about six thousand samples of signature cuisine accompanied by 240 Italians wines, good Italian red wine to enjoy.
Vico Feast is also the feast of the beauties of Vico Equense, of the sea and the charming village of Marina di Aequa where to admire a splendid gulf of Naples.
Three days of enogastronomic madness in one of the most beautiful landscape contexts of Italy, rich in moments of fun, light-heartedness but also meetings and comparisons.
