Pasta with rocket sauce

Continue with the parade of summer recipes!
This time we suggest you the pasta with rocket sauce, a very simple but very tasty recipe!
An excellent replacement at the classic basil and garlic sauce!
The rocket is an herb with a strong flavor, which lends itself very well as a condiment!
But let pass to the recipe!

Ingredients:
400 g pasta
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
50 g pine nuts
50 g parmesan cheese
50 g sheep's milk cheese
100 g rocket
1 clove of garlic
Salt q.b.

Directions
Wash and dry carefully the rocket. Then put it on the glass of the mixer, adding the Parmesan cheese, sheep's milk cheese, the garlic, salt, rocket and a bit of olive oil.
Blend at low speed, adding oil in order to obtain a smooth cream.

Meanwhile cook pasta in salted water. Once cooked the pasta, drain and add the rocket pesto, blending it with a few tablespoons of cooking water.
