The Mediterranean diet for your wealth

The Mediterranean diet is a leading player on our table in the diseases prevention.
Health, in fact, begins on the table with the right foods, like wine, coffee and, after hearing after hearing, even chocolate!
Coffee reduces the risk of venous thrombosis, while coffee is a cure post-infarction.
Chocolate, instead increases the power of anti-aggregating of the aspirin.

These are just some of the conclusions reached by researchers of the 21th International Congress Thrombosis, held in Milan form 6th to 9th of July at the Marriott Hotel in Milan, chaired by the Professor Pier Mannucci Mannuccio, professor of internal medicine at the University of Milan and director of Clinical Medicine at the Fondazione IRCCS Ca 'Grande Hospital in Milan.
Without forgetting the fish: this food, rich in omega 3, has positive effects on platelet function.

And then a lunch or dinner to be complete and balanced should contain fish, bathed by a good glass of Italian wine, and to end, as we say in Naples, a "tazzulella “ of coffee and a small piece of chocolate for dessert.
Et voila an healthy and complete lunch has served!
